Elizabeth, who goes by Libby, has been practicing physical therapy for the last 10 years, focusing primarily in orthopedics. Libby earned her Bachelor of the Arts in Exercise Science from Hanover College in 2009 and spent three years of her collegiate experience serving as a student trainer. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University for Medicine and Science in 2012. Since graduating, Libby has been avid in her pursuit of continuing education, completing an orthopedic residency and full series of manual therapy courses from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences, obtaining her Orthopedic Clinical Specialization in 2016, and most recently completing the pelvic health series of courses with the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. After providing orthopedic care for several years and after having two children, Libby realized a missing component in her education related to the pelvic floor and realized how underserved this area was and was determined to fill a gap in this region. Libby is passionate about improving patient health literacy, educating individuals about how their body works, and what they can do to improve their health and well being to lead more fulfilling lives.
